From paper to project
Cut a 10 × 15 cm card if the material allows cutting.
Plan a simple line drawing on separate paper.
Test the tool in a corner without using sharp points.
Draw the outline first with light pressure.
Add stripes or dots while retaining some dark areas.
Clear residues from the table and keep the card away from food.
Check it with an example
A 1 cm frame leaves an 8 × 13 cm drawing area. Alternate wider and finer lines without scraping the whole surface bare.
If it does not turn out as expected
Reduce pressure if the tool cuts the backing. An unsuitable product does not become child-safe simply because it is used for a craft.
