From paper to project

  1. Confirm the date, times, venue and approximate guest count.

  2. Plan food, accessibility needs and a private way to discuss dietary restrictions.

  3. Choose a palette and no more than three decorative elements.

  4. Make one invitation with all confirmed details.

  5. Calculate quantities and leave spare labels for mistakes or changed names.

  6. Check the setup, walking routes and removal of decorations afterwards.

Check it with an example

For 12 guests: 12 digital or printed invitations, 14 name labels and one garland. You do not need twelve versions of the same sign or a table full of purposeless paper pieces.

If it does not turn out as expected

If time runs short, remove decoration first. Keep access, timing and safety information intact.
