From paper to project
Choose two colours and a shared shape such as a wave line.
Write the banner message and count its required sheets.
Prepare an invitation with date, time, place and confirmation details.
Make keepsake labels rather than replacing food instructions.
Assemble one sample of each piece and check readability from a distance.
Calculate quantities per guest and a small reserve before printing the rest.
Check it with an example
For 12 guests: 12 invitations, 12 labels and one name banner. Record two spare invitations separately rather than duplicating the whole set.
If it does not turn out as expected
Do not add third-party characters without rights or call a design official because of its theme. Repeat shapes and colours, not tiny text.
