From paper to project

  1. Measure with a paper strip and leave comfortable clearance.

  2. Draw a 6 cm high band of the required length.

  3. Mark a continuous 3 cm base.

  4. Draw 3 cm triangles above it without cutting below the base line.

  5. Cut, decorate flat and tape the closure.

  6. Test the fit and remove the crown if it scratches or loosens.

Check it with an example

For a 50 cm head, allow about 53 cm of band with a 3 cm overlap. Join two strips: A4 does not provide this length in a single piece.

If it does not turn out as expected

Do not place staples next to skin. Avoid ties under the chin and do not wear the crown during sleep.
