From paper to project
Choose a lightweight keepsake suited to the guests’ ages.
Assemble one complete sample with its tag.
Record the parts and paper it used.
Count recipients and choose an explicit reserve.
Cut the full batch first, prepare tags second and assemble last.
Check every unit and separate any that need a joint repaired.
Check it with an example
For 15 guests and two spares, make 17 bookmarks. Four per sheet require five sheets, giving 20 pieces; the other three are replacement parts rather than extra gifts.
If it does not turn out as expected
Simplify decoration before batching if the sample takes too long. Avoid loose small pieces for young children.
